I had the best stay at this hotel during my vacation. The room was spacious with a comfortable kingsize bed, and it was impeccably clean. The balcony provided a perfect spot to enjoy the tranquil tropical garden. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a large pool and extra towels provided for a refreshing swim. The location was ideal, close to several lovely restaurants and just a short distance from the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to assist me with any requests.

The swimmingpool was nice. Unfortunately during our stay was raining heavily almost all day.

The gate was closed at 11pm on NewYears Eve, no staff present to collect the roomkey.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Bali and it was a nice experience overall. The hotel was affordable and had a great location close to the beach and local attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was comfortable and spacious. I also appreciated the breakfast buffet and the tropical vibe of the hotel.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. The hotel needed some maintenance as there were some outdated facilities and a few areas that needed cleaning.

I loved the staff, they were so helpful and kind. I would love to go back and stay at this hotel.

There were certain rooms that had a lot of mosquitoes, which was unpleasant, but I was moved to another room that was ok.
